By using the website www.justeasybook.com and purchasing products or services on the website, you agree to these terms of use. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing any order. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, DO NOT use the website.

Delivery Charges

There are no delivery charges as all ticket purchases are based on the e-ticket system. Where applicable, delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the booking page. E-tickets are provided once the transaction is successful and are emailed to the email address specified at the time of purchase.

Prices

The price for each product shown on www.justeasybook.com is displayed in the respective currency and includes any applicable taxes. We strive to ensure that prices mentioned on www.justeasybook.com are accurate, but there may be price change errors. JustEasyBook reserves the right to revise prices at any time due to increases in costs, including new or additional duties, levies, taxes, or exchange rate changes. We take all necessary steps to notify you of price revisions before your order is processed.

A Booking Fee or Credit Card Surcharge may apply to some events and will vary from event to event. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the event page.

Exchange and Refund Policy

All e-ticket purchases are non-refundable, and order cancellations are not permitted. If you are unable to attend the event, you may contact the event organizers directly, or we can forward your refund request to the event promoters. Refunds, if any, are issued at the discretion of the event organizers, who may offer a partial refund or an option to carry your ticket forward to an upcoming event. JustEasyBook is not responsible for any ticket refunds and will collect the administrative and ticketing processing fees from the organizer for any authorized returns.

Important – Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales

Any ticket issued by JustEasyBook is subject to the following terms and conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, event organizer, and/or venue proprietor in case of breach of any of the specified conditions:

• There shall be no refunds or exchanges on any ticket, booking fee, delivery fee, or service fee except where required by law.
• The event organizer reserves the right to withdraw, add, substitute, or reschedule any artist, performer, or team.
• The event organizers have the right to change ticket prices, show timings, seating layouts, door times, or venue capacity without prior notice.
• The right to admission to the venue is reserved and subject to the terms and conditions set by the organizer and the venue. Additional terms can be requested from the venue or organizer.
• Late arrival at the venue may result in a seating delay until a break in the event.
• Special pricing requires suitable identification at the time of ticket collection to prove eligibility.
• As a ticket holder, you grant permission to be searched and inspected, including your clothing, bags, and other possessions, by employees, officials, or agents of the venue proprietor or event organizer both before and after entry to the event venue.
• The following articles are prohibited at the venue:
  • Flags, banners, placards, or poles for display or construction materials.
  • Articles that can injure or irritate others, including chemicals with noxious fumes or smoke, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, weapons, or illegal drugs.
  • Pointing or lighting devices.
  • Goods intended for sale without written permission from the venue proprietor.
  • Articles that may hamper or delay the successful conduct of the event.
  • Cameras, flash photography, and audio or video recorders may be prohibited.
• The ticket holder may be required to leave the event venue for misconduct, including fighting, breaking laws applicable to the event, or unreasonably hampering the event's conduct.
• Only the person who purchased the tickets has the right to pick them up. For credit card purchases, the buyer must carry the credit card as ID when picking up tickets.
• Breach of these terms and conditions may cancel the ticket holder’s license to remain at the venue.
