• Children under 4 years can enter for free but will not be allocated a seat. The age category for kids is 4 to 12 years.

Event Access Notice

• If you have purchased an individual ticket for either Sargam 2025 or Onavillu 2025, please be aware that your ticket may display details of both events. However, it is valid only for the specific event you selected at the time of purchase. Entry to the other event will not be allowed without a separate, valid ticket.
• Seating is first-come, first-served; no reservations unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets can be scanned on a mobile device, provided the screen is clearly visible and undamaged.
• If scanning is unsuccessful, a printed ticket confirmation is required.
• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be processed once confirmed.
• If the event is canceled or postponed, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• A booking fee per ticket may apply.
• Customers must check the total payable amount before completing the transaction.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the venue for any form of misconduct or misbehavior.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.
• The Event Organizer and its agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, theft, losses, or costs incurred during the event.
• By attending the event, you consent to the recording and use of your image, voice, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide and indefinitely, without compensation.
