Children under 4 years of age are eligible for free entry, provided the child remains seated on the parent’s lap.

Tickets can be scanned on a mobile device, provided the screen is clearly visible and undamaged.

If mobile scanning is unsuccessful, a printed ticket confirmation is required.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be processed once tickets are confirmed.

In the event of cancellation or postponement, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Booking fees are non-refundable. A booking fee per ticket may apply.

Customers must check the total payable amount before completing the transaction.

The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the venue for any form of misconduct or misbehavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

The Event Organizer and its agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, theft, losses, or costs incurred during the event.

The Event Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

By attending the event, you consent to the recording and use of your image, voice, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide and indefinitely, without compensation.

To enhance the experience for all attendees and avoid distracting the performers, we kindly request that parents ensure children are well supervised throughout the event.
