Terms and Conditions

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances, including personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or changes in travel plans.

2. Right of Admission Reserved

Event Organisers and Venue Management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at their sole discretion for any reason including, but not limited to, inappropriate, intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Misconduct

Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or anti-social conduct towards attendees, performers, or staff will result in immediate removal from the event. Police may be notified depending on the severity of the incident.

4. Damage to Property

Any guest found damaging property, equipment, or fixtures of the venue or event setup will be held fully liable for repair or replacement costs. Legal action may be taken, and the individual may be banned from future events.

5. Behavioural Expectations

Attendees must maintain respectful and responsible behavior throughout the event. Aggressive, unlawful, or reckless actions will not be tolerated and may result in ejection without refund, ban from future events, and potential legal consequences.

6. Age Restriction – 18+ Event

This is a strictly 18+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport) must be presented at entry. Entry will be refused without valid ID.

7. Entry & Arrival

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to allow for check-in and security screening. Late arrivals may experience delays or denied entry due to capacity or security protocols.

8. Ticketing & Admission

Every person attending must hold a valid ticket, regardless of age. Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted. Ticket prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

9. General Admission

This is primarily a standing-room event. Limited bar stool seating may be available near the bar on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is not guaranteed.

10. Additional Entertainment

Pre-show and post-show performances may be included as part of the overall event and are subject to change without notice.

11. Event Changes & Cancellations

Organisers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including artist changes, safety concerns, or force majeure. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled per the official refund policy.
